The most important part of Echoes is the company dynamic. We each have our areas of specialty that blend and balance the company as a whole.

We came to the company with backgrounds that ranged from Retail Buyer, Merchandise Manager, Brand Manager, Manufacturer Representative, Business Development, and Sales Trainer. And it didn’t stop there. We had worked in a multitude of environments from developing reputable brands and coordinating manufacturing at the factory level to working at some of the biggest and most influential retail establishments. But the one dynamic that we all shared is our passion and expertise in the furniture, mattress and specialty category, and our industry relationships.

What this means to you, our customer, is that our sales team can present your brand as we would our own, utilize those fabulous relationships at retail to get your product placed with the right retailer, for the right customer demographic. Our training division was created to support our sales philosophy of supporting success at retail. We know that training sales associates to be brand ambassadors is one of the key attributes to increase unit sales and install confidence on the retail sales floor. Echoes online training was created out of a need to get the training to the sales associates in an efficient and cost effective manner. Using our customer assets and creating a lesson plan that will provide all the skills needed to develop the perfect sales dialogue that not only increases sales, it instills confidence to the consumer. What this means to you, our customer, is that we can make it easier to cover larger territories of training in a very cost efficient manner and get faster results.
